APRIL UPDATE ! The Chicks Arrive #cutefood

Thank the stars for April. Far from the cruelest month, April’s been a lovely lul before the furious storm of activity, though we’ve been busy: putting walls on the barn, strimming poles for the new green house, tilling the garden, hoeing the rows and turning the compost, fixing up the hen house, tending to the thousands of baby plants and as of yesterday the 40 temporarily tiny “meat-king” chicks.

Catie Doucette a veteran in the Red Clay gardens has been working her magic on the land again this month and for her we are truly truly grateful.
